Returns & Refund Policy

Please note: Our store operates on a print-on-demand basis, which means each item is custom-made when you place your order. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty, defective, or incorrect.

Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of your purchase date, and customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging with all tags attached, free from foreign smells such as tobacco, pets, or perfumes, and free from pet hair or dander. Apparel must be folded neatly, not rolled or crumpled, and breakable items must be packed and shipped back properly, as we cannot accept returns that arrive broken in transit.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include gift cards, downloadable software, some health and personal care items, personalized merchandise, and intimates such as undergarments or bathing suits.

If you need to return a faulty item, please contact our customer service at store@myelopathy.org for return instructions. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, as returns sent to the manufacturer or marked “return to sender” will not be refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.

If you have not received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund after doing this, please contact us at store@myelopathy.org.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded unless they are faulty. We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange a faulty item for the same product, please email us at store@myelopathy.org.

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you. If the item was not marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

To return a faulty product, please email us at store@myelopathy.org. You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the item is defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning an item over £75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Special Circumstances

If your order status shows “Delivered” but you did not receive it, please follow up with the carrier listed on your order status page. store.myelopathy.org is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Packages that are refused or marked “Returned to Sender” will be processed as a return, and we will not attempt to re-ship. These types of orders are eligible for a refund of the cost of goods only, and shipping costs will not be refunded.

If you receive a defective item, please email us within 7 days of delivery at store@myelopathy.org with the subject “Item was received defective.” Please include photos of the defect and a brief description. Our support team will respond with instructions on how to proceed. Please do not attempt to return defective items without contacting us first.

If you received the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery at store@myelopathy.org with the subject “Order Discrepancy,” and include photos of the item received. If the error was on our part, we will send the correct item at no cost.

Orders cannot be cancelled once the warehouse has started processing them. If you need to cancel an order immediately after placing it, email us at store@myelopathy.org with the subject “Cancel Order.” Requests can only be processed during office hours, Monday to Thursday. Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to edit it. If you need to change a shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing the order. If your order has already been processed, it will be shipped to the original address provided. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all information is correct at the time of ordering. store.myelopathy.org is not responsible for replacing or refunding orders that have incorrect details entered by the customer.

Shipping & Delivery
• How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders shipped within the USA will typically arrive within 8-15 business days.
During peak holiday seasons, pandemics, or severe inclement weather, delivery within the USA should be expected within 30 business days (note that ‘business days’ excludes weekends and holidays). We’ll provide a link in your confirmation email so you can easily check the status of your order at any time.
International orders (outside of the USA) may take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive. During peak holiday times, pandemics or when there is severe inclement weather, items may take up to 10 weeks to arrive.
•How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders will typically ship within 3 to 7 business days, however during peak holiday seasons, pandemics or with severe inclement weather, it may take currently up to 20 days.
• Why haven't I received my package?
Please check the tracking on your package.
If your order status shows "Delivered" and you did not receive the item, please follow up with the carrier listed on your order status page. store.myelopathy.org is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please also note that order tracking information may not be up-to-date on orders outside of the USA. According to FedEx, "FedEx International Mail Service provides an additional level of visibility to your economical international shipping, however this is not a tracking process. As FedEx hands your package off to a local postal authority, there can be a lag time of 2—5 days where your package is not visible. Not every country scans their packages or performs a full set of scans. FedEx is not responsible for packages once they have been handed off to the local postal authority."
• What happens if my order is 'refused' or 'returned to sender'?
Orders that are 'Refused' or 'Returned to Sender' will be processed as a return and are not re-shipped. These include orders that could not be delivered due to incorrect address information entered during the ordering process. These types of returned orders are eligible for a refund for cost of goods (shipping is not refundable) ."
